Hi,

I was wondering if it is somehow possible to make use of mulitple processors during the calculation of a script.

In one of my scripts a rather complex surface gets offset with several distances and trimmed several times.

One Offset and Split operation takes about 30 seconds (*1000 Surfaces * 4 Offsets => ~30hours)

So lets say - this slows down the calculation.

Calculating several Surface Offsets at a time, would help very much.

P.S. The Other option would be to open sever instances and start the calculation for different sections. But that would also be cool to automate :-)

Maybe the best thing would be for us to figure out how to speed up the Offset and Split functions. Do you have a sample polysurface that we can look at that takes this long 30 seconds offset/split?
