Collapse definitions

Is there a hotkey for collapsing all function definitions? Even better, could there be a setting which caused the editor to load new programs with functions collapsed by default?

These would be extremely helpful features to add if they don't already exist.

I'll add a hotkey for the next V5 beta. The key combination will be
Ctrl+Shift+Minus Key
