Hey Guys and Gals,
I am learning python and found this VB grasshopper component that I am trying to translate into python for another script.

Can anyone that knows VB help me translate it, or explain the algorithm to me so I can try to make something similar to it in python?

Basically if there are a collection of points I want to make the largest circles around each point without touching, as seen in the photo.

I have attached the grasshopper def with the VB component inside.
